Job Opportunity - IT Helpdesk Analyst

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available in our IT team. The IT Helpdesk Analyst role provides front line user support as well as undertaking basic system administration tasks for the Russell McVeagh computer systems. 
 
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Receiving tickets by phone or email, and entering details into the call management application;
  • Monitoring network services and taking appropriate action when required;
  • Ensuring system administration tasks are completed promptly and accurately;
  • Hardware and software management;
  • Ensuring a high level of documentation maintenance; and
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of IT projects when required.
 
Desired Skills & Experience
 
Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing an outstanding user experience, with excellent communication skills as well as being detail-focused and highly organised. 

Strong IT skills and a good level of expertise in Microsoft operating systems and application software is essential.
