NZ Warriors & JobCafe / Kumara Vine

It is with great pride and pleasure that the Kumara Vine in association with JobCafe will be working with the New Zealand Warriors to help find jobs for their young, physically fit emerging players.

Players in need of employment will build a profile on JobCafe and then once the profile has been checked and help given where needed Jobcafe will start marketing these players to potential employers - at no cost to the employer or The Warriors.

"Its our way of supporting the Warriors and we hope this relationship develops into something quite special" said Adrian Coysch JobCafe's Auckland partner.

Once the players profiles are ready we will market them through all our client contacts first, giving them preference and then to ensure we look for other opportunities we will market them through our project channels which includes;

  • The Possibility Project (NZ Disability network)
  • The Kumara Vine (Māori & Pasifika network)

and our new project focused on Auckland - Auckland101.nz

"Longer term we would like to help other sports clubs find mahi for their players and develop a strong relationship with clubs around Aotearoa" stated Tony Cutting (JobCafe/Kumara Vine).

"We already offer FREE marketing services to the disability community and ou will see more activity around this soon. Helping the Warriors is just an extension of JobCafe/Available Now service, we hopr this also helps employers to become aware of what we do and why we do things" Mr Cutting said
