Vodafone’s global Discover graduate programme empowers you to shape your own world right from the start of your career.
Joining Vodafone as a Discover graduate means:

Your journey through the Discover programme will give you an understanding of the wider business beyond the work you do. Each of the programme’s functions will provide the necessary training to empower you to discover where you are at your best.
Throughout the 2 year programme, we provide you:
o Learning and development opportunities
o A mentor who will provide you with constructive advice and career guidance
o Encouragement to fulfill your potential
Applications close 29 June 2017, for the programme starting 19 February 2018. If you are successful you will be invited to attend an assessment centre in Auckland on 25 July or Christchurch on 27 July. For candidates based outside of Auckland a member of our HR team will be in contact to arrange your travel.
